Antique Snowshoes by the Chestnut Canoe Company

This is superb pair of antique snow shoes dating to the early 20th century.

The shoes were made by the Chestnut Canoe Company who were based in the Canadian provence of New Brunswick.

The shoes are made of solid wood with rawhide webbing and have the Chestnut Canoe Company makers label to one side.

CONDITION

In very good condition for their age.

MEASUREMENTS

107cms long x 36cms wide x 2cms deep

The measurements are taken at the widest points.
