Victorian Apprentice Piece Mahogany Chest of Drawers
This a superb little set of drawers which dates to around 1880.
This miniature apprentice piece has been very well made from mahogany and mixed woods and is heavy and substantial despite its compact size.
The chest is classically styled with a bow front and an arrangement of seven small drawers which are finished with turned knobs.
The chest is set turned feet and the top has a moulded edge.
The wood has a lovely wax polished finish which has a good sheen.
The colour of the wood looks slightly more red in the photos than it does in real life.
39.5cms high x 40.5cms wide x 24cms deep
There are various marks, dents and knocks to the wood.
P&P for this item is £15.00
