A beautiful vintage Far Eastern statue dating to the mid-late 20th century.

Made of solid wood, it is a large and fairly heavy piece which has been hand painted in beautiful striking bright colours. The lady has her hands clasped in prayer or greeting and is wearing a beautiful gown and decorative earrings.

I have placed a chair next to the statue to show its size.

CONDITION

Generally in very good condition with some wear and losses to the paintwork.

The hands have what appears to be a crack around the wrists but are very sturdy and fixed well.
