Folk Art Painted Wall Cabinet
This is a quirky little antique table top or wall cabinet which is ideal for use in a bathroom or kitchen. It is quite compact and could be used as a small medicine or herb cabinet.
The cabinet dates to the mid 20th century and is made of mixed woods, it is quite lightweight and simply made with a folk art painted finish and brackets to the rear to allow it to be hung on a wall.
The cabinet has two small doors to the front which open to reveal a small interior storage space. The doors are lockable and the key is present.
Above the doors is an open display space with arched top.
The cabinet has a brightly painted finish which has quite a Romany look.
The cabinet has many marks of age and use and wear and losses to the painted finish.
There is a small hole in the wood on one side and the beading to the right hand door is a new replacement.
Basically it is rather well aged looking.
internal lower cupboard measures 20cms high
upper display area measures 21cms high
The measurements are taken at the widest points.
