Black Bow Fronted Glazed Display Cabinet Dresser
This is a handsome two part cabinet which dates to the late 20th century.
Made of mahogany, mdf and mixed woods this piece is ideal for use in a lounge, dining room or kitchen, perfect display purposes, it would also make a good display piece for a retail setting.
The cabinet is well made and solid, a nice antique reproduction piece which has the benefit of splitting into two sections.
The cabinet is bow fronted and the base has a panelled door to either end which flank three central drawers. The doors are lockable and the keys are present.
The top consists of a bow fronted lockable glazed cabinet which houses two removable wooden shelves.
I have hand painted the exterior in my own mix of chalk based black paint, the interior has been left in the natural mahogany colour. The paintwork has been lightly distressed and then waxed for protection, it has a smooth low sheen finish.
The cabinet is generally in good structural condition with minor cosmetic marks of age and use. There is a dent to the right hand cupboard door.
