A beautiful vintage Indonesian wooden elephant parasol base and tiered parasol dating to the mid 20th century.

The elephant is made of heavy solid wood and is decorated with red paint and gold detailing.

The parasol has a tall central bamboo rod and four removable parasols which fold down. The parasols are made of waxed fabric and decorated with small tasseled bells.

CONDITION

The parasols have faded and have marks of age and use.

The elephant base is in good condition with some knocks and small losses to the painted finish.
